Customize one piece, no batch needed
Each knit hat, T-shirt, sweatshirt or quick-dry T-shirt is printed or embroidered individually. There is no minimum purchase volume, so one design can become one finished item.
Two methods
Embroidery and digital print
Knit hats receive clean embroidery that sits well on the stitch structure of the fabric. T-shirts and sweatshirts use precision direct-to-garment digital printing, which keeps fine lines and color gradients crisp on cotton blends.
Your choice of method depends on the garment. Share the design and the item, and the production team confirms the right technique before the single piece is made.
Artwork checklist
Prepare your file
Clear specifications keep colors and placement accurate on every finished piece.
Resolution
Send artwork at high resolution so edges stay sharp at print size. Vector files such as SVG or AI are the safest choice for logos and lettering.
Transparent background
Export PNG files with a transparent background so the design sits directly on the garment with no white box around it. Remove any hidden background layers before sending.
Print boundary margins
Keep key lettering and graphics inside the printable area with a clear margin from seams and edges. Placement is confirmed against your reference before production.
