Preparing your files
Follow these three steps so your order can be matched and proofed quickly.
Choose the format
Send vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF, or high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Compress large files into a ZIP archive before sending.
Set resolution and size
Prepare artwork at 300 dpi at final print dimensions. Our desk checks dpi and dimensions before any file goes to print.
Label your subject line
Put your order reference and item type in the subject line, such as order number, hat or T-shirt, and colour, so the file matches your order fast.
